i have a dean witter account too (full broker) but haven't done much there since 3 years ago. very nice broker but relies on her own team and in many cases, doesn't know beyond that. a broker's job is to make a trade. they are salespeople. one of the things i ask when i purchase an item is whether the person is on commission. i can't trust them. maybe you can. health care makes sense (have been beaten a lot) if you invest in a mutual fund. till then, anything goes. any stock can go up or down. i have one next pick i'm looking to get into next and will pm you.
