No offence Jenne, but there are conflicting instructions in the process when you go thru all the fine print. Mind you, I am not currently set up with an active Wit acct., if that was the case, I believe this would have been much easier. Questions like the number of accounts you can set up have not been answered. Plus, the people at Wit were sooo rude. they talked to me like I was a moron. If I am going to hand anyone a check, I'd like to be treated with a tad bit of respect. This application was worse than trying to refinance your home!

Like the application (forget number of pages) and the prospectus (28 pages)also instruction sheet and copy of my final authorization with account number on it. The response was really bad. I called and they said to keep trying they were aware of the problem. Couldn't get any help other than go through it!
