Well, the question I asked, maybe I wasn't specific, is whether the bonuses are set by contract. If they are wholly discretionary, you've got a problem. But you said that you had been offered a bonus as an incentive, which isn't the same thing as a discretionary bonus. If they offered you x money in return for y performance, and you've performed, that's not discretionary and they can't change the rules after you've done your part. I would need to know more, but it sounds like you might have an enforceable contract.
