Jim, ( and others ),

I emailed Win-A-Lottery with a few questions regarding WINR.
Win-s reply was brief, but stated that the WINR system is used
exclusively to admin the back office operation, and that a large
chunk of their business is from WINR ( people hot-linking over )
from WINR home page. They did not mention the card as being
a factor.

May be a hold on issuing the plastic.

From what I read, WINR is performing for at least one of the
Gaming folks, so without news to the contrary, probably for all
the others as well.

Right now, a LOT of earnings warnings are out - stocks falling all over the place. BB stocks taking it hard all over, but WINR is
one of a few that are profitable. Investors need to see $$$
on the bottom line to get that warm and fuzzy. IF WINR can show
earnings for Q2 around .04 - .07, I would consider $ 3 - 5 per
share a given. We'll see in July.

Once the Internet sites are rolling, AUG-SEP, we should see
end-of-year maybe .25 - .30 range. I recall a projection of $ 9
to $ 12 per share for 1999.12.31, and from what I read, WINR
is well on its way.

Just some thoughts on why to hold long and strong.

Regards,
Dan
