Just some logical thinking. There is know reason for Potts to let DIMD IPO Rio without it benefiting S3. The only real asset DIMD has
is the perception that Rio is for real. I think S3 will IPO
Rio after deal is done with S3 the largest shareholder. This way Potts can still call the shots. S3 would have a huge asset with
Rio shares in bank and be able to introduce new software and chips to run with Rio through DIMD's retail distribution.
