You placed your message to 5 SI boards so I could re-read it 5 times and finally know it by heart.<g> All this certification stuff is related to the old CMTO - HYBR deal about patents rights. According to HYBR fans: "CMTO was selling stolen product". I believe now this situation is resolved (in HYBR favor) and CMTO is paying HYBR for every modem sold. Moreover, I think they can buy HYBR with all their patent rights soon.
