First, welcome to SI and the Winspear thread.....second, I don't think anyone has succinctly expressed the great hope for Winspear and Snap Lake better than you have.

I immagine you are in the diamond manufacturing business (name sort of gives this away). Care to comment more on " the "DeBeers starved" cutting/polishing industry. "? I assume many here do not understand this well.
