If you remember well the SOB Clarke was the one who was bitching for the Apaches to see combat...Just goes to show you that this guy is too incompetent for this post... He is the one said who said "We are winning, Milosevic is losing, and......he knows it" 13 tanks (3 old ones abandoned, 10 repairable transported back to Serbia)........The most accurate bombing campaign in history......What a joke!
