Anyone care about short interest for June?

Down from 6.146MM to 4.486MM.

Guess the shorts couldn't take the heat.

Down 27%.

As of June 15th.

I would feel warm and cozy if we gapped up tomorrow at open. Otherwise were going to get FOMC flu next week no matter how hard we wish it wouldn't.
Short interest data was for trade date of June 10. Our close was 85 on that date. I expect that a lot more shorts closed positions from 85 up to 100. However, they are stupid enough to short again at 100. So I look for some retracing of stock price over the next two to three days.

Still think Dell was talking out loud without thinking. I vividly remember MacEXPO in AUG 95 when Apple made it's booth's theme "What's so good about Windows 95". Shortly thereafter, MSFT had a internal programmer's shortage so they couldn't get around to work on updates (file compatibility) to Office for Macintosh for about two years. Apple market share went from 12% to 3% in that time frame. I am sure Mr. Dell doesn't really believe some of those statements he made.
