Venkie according to Kumar, I hear, best rate (if you can get it) for an ISP is about a thousand bucks per subscriber,I think MSPG has close to 1.5 million customers but the market cap is close to $2.5 billion,so I don't know.

Of course Kumar was discussing possible Dogway/Earthlink deal when he said that, he was of the opinion paying anything over $1K (Earthlink) per subscriber was not worth it for Dogway, he thought they could put the money to good use elsewhere if the asking price was over $1K/subscriber.

It's my understanding that DELL's internet group was meeting with the investment bankers yesterday. I thought the same as you...MSPG.

I guess we'll see, but it seems to me that DELL already has a built-in client base in its regular customers. Yet the extra billion in authorized shares ( 1 more than needed to effect another 2:1) requested makes me think that an acquisition is in the works. Otherwise, the stock options grants are going to grow through the roof.
