No, writing down the inventory would raise the breakeven in Q2 and lower it in Q3. So how'd they lower the breakeven? Here's some possibilities:
1. The saved $50 M because Jerry didn't get any ISO's
2. Barton was being conservative
3. They lowered discretionary R&D when they saw the bottom drop out of the K6-2 demand
4. Sales related expenses were less
5. Less interest expense because of earlier closing of Vantis deal
