re: juniper, IRA requirements

No Juniper here yet, though Search arrived a bit ago (and was ignored).

Wit Rep (Kyle) today claimed info (posted here a few days ago) was wrong, that IRA accounts do _not_ need cash sufficient to buy the issue (rather than cash+equities totalling $2k like normal accounts). Insisted they have no different rules than regular accounts even after saying that the info supposedly came straight from a Wit rep. Have no idea here what to believe myself now; Wit in general is pretty confused about IRAs (and especially SEPP-IRAs).

Crossing my fingers and waving a big juniper branch for luck.
