I know MANY people who make excellent stock picks and average about +50% daily and don't make stock picks. They just don't feel comfortable doing so. AVERAGE ABOUT 50% daily?!!!! What are we talking about here? Investing stocks or what? L.

Hi Dan, You obviously understand the issues involved with selling copyrighted videotapes via the Internet ("I think the point about the tapes is VERY important on understanding who A@P is.") Although the folks I spoke with at ABC News, the Discovery Channel and ABC New's video fulfillment house (Federal Document Clearing House) could not recollect giving someone permission to re-sell their copyrighted programs, it is "possible" that A@P's team of lawyers did negotiate and secure such rights. (Although it would very, very unusual for them to grant such permission, anything is possible) These parties were all going to check out their records, and the site which is advertising these videos, to ensure that everything is on the up and up. In the meantime, maybe we should record "ER" tonight and sell the tapes on the Internet. Or would that be copyright infringement?

This thread isnt right....i thought silicon investor was to talk about stocks....not stock promoters (Long or short)....cant people judge for themselves the pros and cons of a guy who sticks his neck out daily with recommendations?????? everyone has a past...everyone......Even you and .com.......who cares what it is.....just show me some recs.....or agree or disagree with some recs....but to personally shame a guy who has performed over and over again and bring up some past problems which dont really have a lot to do with the present.....especially since anthony was nice enough to respond to them...doesnt add value...... But yet he continues to give good ideas and you continue to attack his personality......If he stunk at picking stocks...then you might have a shallow point of bringing up the past....but man o man....he is great....the best their is.....do you know anyone better at it... mike
