However, the three Exchange partners are not the first banks to go it alone in the online-billing arena. Two months ago giant Bank of America said it would offer electronic billing and payment using its own technology.

She forgot about the now, almost defunct Integrion Alliance. Which in fact needed to bring ckfr in to make any progress.

The result? The demise of Integrion is a result of banks inability to work together. How could they? Now they are attempting it once again. IMO, I put more creedence into what TP is doing that The Exchange
