I had to open an account with a minimum of $2,000. I sent in more and selected a California Tax Free Money market Account as the sweep account. The information I have says that the minimum request from me is for 100 shares with a maximum of 500. There is no guarantee that I will get shares, but I am willing to let my money sit in a money market account while i wait and see. Let me read on. The agreement is quite thick. BTW, I called on a question regarding one of the forms. I was on hold for about 3 minutes and the rep. on the other end was knowledgeable and polite. Jim
