If LCTM wants to go after Bill, they will have to open all of their books and that information would become open to public upon becoming evidence in a court of law. I seriously doubt that LCTM would be willing to risk this " Pandoras Box!"

.....Everyone involved would be considered 'Tainted' ....Careers would be ruined and additional law suits would abound.
