If it is like other end-of-quarter two day meetings, decision will be announced at 2:15 Tuesday.

It is my understanding that this is a 2 day meeting, 29 - 30, and the decision will be made on the last day, either tues. or wed., at approximately 2:15, give or take 20 seconds!!!
