I tried buying early and had e-orders in under MM Pershing @ 29 and never got filled even though trades were fired off @28 15/16 and my orders were unrestricted but I had a limit on them 29. PERT never appeared on my the Level 2 board with MyTrack with my bids even though it was placed when the stock was trading @ 31...early on and 1/2 hour before it hit 29. I called them on it...I was kinda p.o'd....and felt jerked off. That did it....when the price pierced 29 later in the session I called my other Broker...the Physical one and bought 27's 28's and still cobbed the 29 from on the e-side later. I was averaging up from below 10. I'll wait now till after FMOC and see where the fart goes.
