…struck up a conversation with a lawyer and told him about the mysteriously unpublic court complaint, as referenced by John G, here: #reply-10186173 Lawyer Dude says that the only cases in which he's encountered legitimately sealed documentation as described above, were filed by government agencies. Furthermore, he explained that a company who simply wanted to shut people up with legal threats had cited one of these case numbers in a press release, claiming it was their own. Of course, since the case was sealed and the clerks couldn't talk about it, it was difficult for people to find out that—not only was it not the company's case—the company never even filed one. The words "Go" and "figure" come to mind. <g>
