Just a note to say I've had a second eyeball report confirming drilling is in progress on the Potter property. Also, talked with I.R. on Monday. Once again they said they could not "officially" say drilling was underway but they made no effort to deny it. The also said their last news release was general enough that it did not "preclude" drilling. I don't know why the company is being so close about work in progress but I'll trust they have the shareholders best interests in mind. Apparently it is quite a busy property - a beehive of activity. I.R. also indicated the legends (hold period) came off some stock and that has been the reason for sporadic selling in past few weeks. Watching the trades, it appears the sellers won't go below a .40 floor. There was no indication of how much stock may be involved. However, it would appear that buying in the low 40's could be a safe area. Regards, Bob
