Also, what I've learned from recent arb plays like TAVA and PLAT is that arb spreads are widening. Considering the need for govt. approval (easy to get, but it takes time) and shareholder approval (really depends on the price) and the time it takes to go through it all, the price would likely go to about 15% below the offering price. Ie, a spike to $46 or $47, then back down to $42-$43 for a while. Then a slow creep upwards, until a settlement or voting date is announced. Then a quick jump up to within 5% or less. Which would then creep towards $50. I would say shorts will likely cover after the first spike as there's no point waiting around letting the spread narrow.

Btw, I was talking to Wade today and he pointed out that our chart looks pretty darn good. Above the 20 and 50 DMA, and making a third try to break out. He said that on a lot of charts he looks at, third time's the charm.
