Alek Krstajic was elected to the board of directors at the annual general
meeting on June 23, 1999.
Mr. Krstajic is the vice-president and general manager of the Internet
division of Rogers Cable Systems. Since joining Rogers in 1994, Mr.
Krstajic has held various senior management positions, including general
sales manager of Western Canada, director of sales, Emerging Technologies,
as well as vice-president and general manager of CanGuard, one of the
fastest-growing security companies in Canada. Prior to joining Rogers, Mr.
Krstajic worked in the cellular, financial and interactive multimedia
industries.
Mr. Krstajic joins re-elected directors, David Aftergood, Peter Wallis,
Larry Ruptash, James Kelleher, John Shields and Dale Laniuk.

directors. Alek brings a wealth of business and technical experience in
fields that are applicable to the on-line lottery industry," said Mr.
