RTev, I base that comment on things I read. If you do the research, I'm sure you'll come across the same info. That does not mean he is not a quick study, or a very intelligent guy.

RTev: Bois has very little working for him other than the inability of humans to recall every word that they misspoke in the past 10 yrs. All these little traps that he has snared folks in make for great soap opera but they really are not evidence of fundamental wrong doing. It is the company to company contracts and more importantly the harm to the consumer that must be relied upon as evidence to prove wrong doing in this anti-"monopoly" case. Bois is just a hired gun trying to make the most out of a bad case.

IBM actually had physical barriers to their markets in terms of connectors and severe penalties for third party peripheral equip. being attached to their gear etc and yet their case was dismissed.

The MSFT case will also pass or this country and PC consumers will be the worse for it.
