If this registration is due to the LINE OF CREDIT Patriot is
trying to secure than the shares will not dilute anything unless
the money is actually used. OF COURSE Patriot needs money, they
have ALOT of important deadlines to meet for the chip and several
ports to finish all of which takes money. I'd rather have a chip
with the tools necessary for companies to evaluate properly than
a chip in need of tools that companies won't bother to test. No
one likes dilution but sometimes it is a necessary part of doing
business and staying competitive. Better this way than another
debenture fiasco.

Looking forward to our first java design win.

Cheers.

Bob

Given that, the stock price is holding up remarkably well in a down market. I'm tempted to go with the alternative view: dilution only if the stock is successful, and the options are exercised. I think I get it now.

more dilution for the shareholders. It should come to no surprise to anyone here as I have said it is coming. This company is desperate for capital.
