The matter is "terminated" when the suit is dismissed, by summary judgment (most common), by verdict, or by judgement N.O.V. In-other-words, the plaintiff's case is done in favor of defendant for one reason or another. If the Plaintiff wins against you, obviously, you cannot bring a malicious or ficticious lawsuit against them.

From the one who brought you Blue Rhino (RINO), check out UOLP as a screaming short opportunity.

Company just did a nasty floorless convertible. Looks as if the company only has 3.8 million outstanding, the company actually has 7.6 million and another 1.355 in warrants.

UOLP has declining revenue and losses as far as the eye can see.

Look for more converts in the future, but until then enjoy this one:
