Paul,
The problem the good Father has, is that he has never bothered to tell anyone what his plans are/would be if gained control. all he has said is that he is a better choice than current mgmt. That is not enough to throw people out and bring in a new team. As far as I can tell, he has no concrete plans. I am not talking about a generic wish list of goals that he wants to accomplish, but a real set of actionable steps that he would plan to undertake and how he would take them.

His other problem is that despite his protestations that he is not aligned with Jimmy, the facts and his own printed forms(the ones he sent out prior ot AGM) say otherwise. Jimmy's wife was his biggest backer. It is to hard to believe that Jimmy's wife will back his play, but Jimmy(the only person proven to have done wrong things at the helm and a person who stills owes Naxos close to a million bucks(hows that for motivation to take the company back?) won't be involved?

Do you believe that?

Mark

Paul, You have every right to voice an opinion, but don't forget this is a public forum. The flowery descriptions of management are not necessary to make your point and they border on defamation of character. Just a thought.

Paul, If you reread my post you will find that I never said there was a deal done, I said that there is a potential deal in the works, I heard this from IR. This is still being worked on and there is no finalization on this either way as of yet. Point 2 I would love to see the price rise and believe that this fight between current mgt. and the Fathers group is the main reason for the current decline in price, when this is over and it doesn't matter who prevails we will see the price rise to some degree. My question to you is please tell me anything SPECIFIC that the Fathers group would like to do to enhance stock value. Why would you back him? I really would love a SPECIFIC reason, I'm at the point that although I am a supporter of Bob Gardner I just want to see the price rise, if the Father can accomplish that, that's fine by me. So tell me why should I support him? Thank,
soxan
