It seems that both cases are currently in The Federal Courts. To the best of my knowledge, they are currently ongoing. If you count the recently registered 6,254,000 employee options ( which I assume have not been distributed yet to the twenty employees that yahoo references ), what will be the total shares outstanding ???? exchange2000.com Shares Outstanding; 1996 = 10,279,281 1999 = 25,206,730 I believe the 1999 figure is without the 6,254,000 new employee option shares that were recently registered. If that is correct, then the total shares are going higher still. It is important to keep in mind that the increase in shares outstanding are without one forward stock split. As seth would say, Hmmmmm
