Yougang, I hope they read every post and get to see your inquiry about copper at Dresden this year. That would make for a better race.
One hopes that a new fab would be very capable, but then you read about the long period of spider hunting to get all the built in bugs out of new fabs....?

I suspect they are running test lots.

And test lots.

And test lots.

When the yield turns up they will open the spigot.

They will only do it once yields are OK as the fab starts depreciation when they start production.

Best case is Q3/Q4 this year.

Worst case is Q2/Q3 2000.
