Medinah has distributed 8,965,000 Class A preferred shares If these are all of the 4-for-1 variety, how the heck are they going to honor the commitment when they've already issued somewhere around 75 Million shares and show no signs of stopping? Yeah, I know, they aren't all convertible at the moment, but that just pushes "the moment" out a little further.
