This is hard for me to answer specifically, as Intel does not release specific yield data. However, Intel typically expects to yield most of the wafer, including die at the edge of the wafer, on a repeatable basis. In short, anything less than world beating yields at the highest expected speed bin is causing somebody some heartburn.
