Mary:
Set up a Yahoo mail account and fax Wit an authorization to change
one of your account's e-mail.
That is what I did.

You can fax a letter with your account number and the new email address you wish to use. It will take Wit a few days. I would also follow the fax up with a letter sent through snail-mail.

Mary, if you don't want the shares, don't wire the money... Wit will revoke them and will probably send you an email that you will not be able to participate in future IPOs for 90 days for that account... if settlement was yesterday, I hate to say it, but it's water under the bridge now...

best of luck
