DJ BERU Raises Impco Technologies Stake To 13.1%
WASHINGTON (Dow Jones)--BERU Aktiengesellschaft lifted its stake in Impco Technologies Inc. (IMCO) to 13.1%.
In a filing Thursday with the Securities and Exchange Commission, BERU said it bought 90,000 common shares between June 1 and June 18 at prices ranging from $9.33 to $11.25 a share, and currently holds 1.1 million shares of Impco.
Impco is a Cerritos, Calif., designer, developer, manufacturer and marketer of gaseous fuel equipment, fluid and gasoline products.

I guess it has not reached 15%.

All IMCO,

This weekend I decided to sell my IMCO shares. I did so this morning.

Reasons?

1) I haven't been happy with earnings and wanted to sell before tomorrow's report.

2) I think the shareholder plan really limits takeover potential.

3) Technically, IMCO shares failed to break a resistance line at $13 (and doesn't look like it will).

So, after a long time holding, I'm leaving. I did ok - original buying in at $8-5/8. I wish I had done better.

Good Luck to all!

Happily Moving On,
Duke
