Elizabeth ... I'm sure you do not know what a tautology really is or you would not have used it in reference to my post. The post clearly sets up the test ... null hypothesis is that technical analysis (as applied by me) is worth something and MAN tests the highs before breaking the $6.10 level on closing basis ... alternate hypothesis is that technical analysis is not worth anything. To be statistically valid the test would need repeated observations, but I'm willing to go with one observation. The next day or two will tell the story. Goodnight ... it was a pleasure.
