Beachcomber,

Yes, you have to call Wit (I believe) to sell your shares. They usually do not have it in their system for a day or so. After that, you can sell it online. You are permitted to sell it as soon as it opens for trade, but if you sell it before 60 days, you would be "flipping".

The only way that flipping will hurt you is if you desire to get other IPO's from WIT. Once you flip, the supposedly put you in IPO "jail" for 60 days, that basically puts you at the bottom of the list. You may still get shares of IPO's in that 60 days following "flipping", but most assuredly you will not get any of the "HOT" IPO's.

The good news is that the hold time has been decreased recently on WIT's trading line (888-394-8227). There were times previously that took hours to get through (or worse).

Hope this helps.

Mike
