Of course, Claude ... anyone who would claim that TA is flawless obviously doesn't understand the theoretical underpinnings of the approach to market analysis. It is a game of probabilities, and TA helps to distill and organize that information in a way that the mind can grasp it. Besides, we play a risk:reward matrix .... mistakes and incorrect analysis (even as high as being wrong 50% of the time) can be overcome as long as the potential reward is higher than the risk on each trade. That is part of what TA should do for us... identify risk and reward points in the price action. We will have a spreadsheet posted at the site soon to help illustrate the point.
