Tommy showed how to do auto log on sometime ago. Here's how:

dorseywright.com\foxapps\fwlogon?

To the above address, add the following:

\fwlogon?logonname=[enter your id here]&password=[enter your password here]

-- leave off the brackets, [ ] , in the above.

It works most of the time. Once in a while, when get bumped off, auto log-on doesn't work and you have to revert to regular DWA log in.
