Here's my theory. Haven't received a similar document, but it appears that this could be a 1:4 reverse split -- one CRI share for every 4 VTPI held as of the record date. The fact that VTPI is mentioned rather than IVOC was the tip-off. Bud

I thought the theory of the reverse split had been laid to rest. Numberous people including myself have called the company to ask them specifically about the split. I called just last week and was told that there are no intentions of IVOC doing a reverse split. This was just a rumor that was probably started by Michaelf Pickens. Let's just wait for the news and enjoy the ride. I don't think we have to worry about a 'sell on the news' price drop since there hasn't been any runup. IOMH
