LOL! This shows how paranoid JC is. What brought Wang to its knees was that when the revenue downturn hit, it couldn't sublease its vast real estate fast enough. In fact, Wang had a huge sky scraper (3 towers) in Lowell, MA, that cost 10's of millions to build, and cost a fortune to operate. Downsizing emptied the building, but no tenants could be found. They sold the building for less than $550,000. JC remembers that lesson well.
