Bill, it seems today's bounce has silenced the Kahuna thread...a sign perhaps, that the bounce will be a short-lived affair? note that on the chart that aligns the '29, '87 and '99 tops, '99 comes across as the relative strength leader. i guess the BK is postponed for now... regards, hb

Bill, Although quite a few on SI was expecting a bounce today, including myself, I am surprised at how easily the market started selling off intraday. I am still not expecting a huge selloff as you, but with todays weakness I would not be surprised if you are right about the strong selloff. Remember the CONTRARIAN GAME, where most are bullish short/medium/long-term, so you do have the contrarian position. Hope you are right since my remaining PUTS will do better than expected. seeya
