Thanks for the correction.

Joel mentioned specific cities for the second wave; I didn't hear Toronto mentioned explicitly which I found surprising. The third wave sounded like a general national rollout which would be underway near yearend.

AT&T Corp (T)

AT&T CORP said it had won a three-year, $270 mln contract from insurance federation Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association to provide data and voice services. AT&T said in a statement that it would help integrate and manage the association's companywide network.
AT&T will provide services to the Blue Cross federation through AT&T One Net Service. It combines voice, data, Internet, wireless and local services under a single contract. AT&T will support most of the federation's call centers through call handling and routing services.
