Written in May, 1999:

"Investors in Firecrest, the first company to be ejected from AIM, could finally see some
return as the reinvented company called X-Stream, which offers free internet access, is
planning a Nasdaq listing later this year. "

XSNI the ISP in the UK began in fall 1998 listed on the OTCBB

We now know that the OTCBB listing was no accident, for among other things, Manning HAD to get an OTCBB listing by November 1998 to get the deal with x-stream Canada;

so the point to consider is: what other NASDAQ listing is planned for later this year for x-stream - we already have the ISP in XSNI on the OTCBB; the only two left are GOD - search engine and NETHEAD.

how about that "reinvented" Firecrest for those investors! Bet those shareholders are glad to be holding those "reinvented Firecrest" stocks in XSNI.

Thanks for that informative post Jeff S - also my year of birth is 1954, something that was not on the link! So are you going to get me a present? I'd like some Liberty of London fabric at 24 to 36 US dollars per yard, but you can get it for half that on Grand Cayman. Thanks :) Jacalyn

Jacalyn:<<So where does that leave anyone - the free ISP is NOT GOD it is NOT NETHEAD the only parts of the enterprise that has value. Everyone has free ISP in the UK and europe; more popping up everyday and xstream (the free ISP in the UK) still sits at the bottom of them all.<<

I was hoping to ignore your future posts but it is obvious you do not have a clue and this is causing you to post misinformation. The ONLY subsidiary that has any value in this enterprise is the free ISP X-Stream. G.O.D. and Nethead are nothing without the ISP. In fact, G.O.D. and Nethead were both unsuccessful before X-Stream came along. Tom Allinder was right, you should just stick to mutual funds. Jeff

Firecrest to be absorbed (Sunday Telegraph)

Firecrest to be absorbed
Firecrest, the de-listed Aim company is to be absorbed by a North American company listed on the Nasdaq market. Firecrest's problems derived from its Internet-searching Global Online Directory which along with the Nethead Internet promotions investment proved highly unsuccessful. >>

Jacalyn,

How on earth after all this time are you still asking stupid questions like that.

If you really do not know the answer to that question then I give up.

You are being in my view deliberately obstructive as the answer to that question is in the circular that I sent you.

Oh of course you now believe that I faked the circular.

Regards

Jonathan
