Susie, nothing funny, IMO, seeing a bunch of good people being swindled out of their hard earned money. It is a disgrace to our equity market and I wish the SEC finally moves to prohibit methods of financing that shift the risk of investment from "accredited investors" (those participating ion these private placement) to the public in such a blatant way.

Don't get me wrong..I really believed in this company but they have made it hard to keep the faith. I wish it was not true also!!!!!
