Well put, Basildon.
MRPS has not shown that it cares a whit about its shareholders. It doesn't begin to have any credibility. It is almost time for the second quarter 1999 results to be presented for most companies, and MRPS management has not even been able to report properly on 1998 results.
Why invest in a company that refuses to prepare financial statements?
There are only six people in the company. How difficult a process can this be for them?
