Well this is truly amazing. Whether BS is a brilliant financier or not what the odds were that the deep pocketed G* LPs would not come up with the money? Certainly not nearly as low as the market response seems to indicate..

What do you mean pull it off? Bernard Schwartz is CEO of both companies. He could have pulled off guaranteeing debt of his own captive sub as easily as asking his driver to pull over for a drive thru burger.
