Yes I know GB. I was there also, close to the beginning. Concerning the filing, I believe that it will be a mute point about the "old" Eutro filing. Will it not be true that with the "New regs. concerning merger's and the requirements for sec. filing all that will be in accomplished in regard to the "NEW" company filing the merger doc. Namely IVY. It is a new ball game concerning mergers now that the SEC has required all public trading companies to file. I think that the existing EUTRO or IVY management "MUST" satisfy all liabilities before the merger. Sorry for the long post. CYA
