Hey, Justin, Good move on LTXX.. I bought my last LTXX at 9 5/8 and 11 1/8, so obviously I'm still peering at LTXX through bullish lenses.. If you have been reading some of the other posts, I've been UNDERstating the enthusiasm, however... 22!?--Sheesh!..that would be a nice run! San Benito (and Harlingen and Weslaco, Pharr, McAllen, etc, etc) all have HUGE winter populations...and some, like Bill Haley just decide to stay, I guess. For me, it's golf. I love the choice of golf courses.... VICC, River Bend, the new S. Padre course, Tierra Santa, etc, etc.... And, that is why I'm up in the Minnesota wilderness in the summer... great golf courses -- and reasonable! Again, welcome to the thread, Justin, and let's have a nice LTXX run! Cheers! TSO
