(THNK) 16 1/2: Internet professional services company agrees to merge with AnswerThink Consulting Group (ANSR 27 3/4) in deal valued at approx. $231 mln. Under the terms of the agreement, THNK shareholders will receive 0.70 shares of ANSR common stock for each THNK share. Based on ANSR's current pre-market price ($27), deal values THNK at approx. $18.90 per share.
