Personally, I was as pleased to see the extension of credit by a very well known bank. My experience with BB's often has them unable to establish credible credentials enabling them to establish credit with banks. The next thing is to announce who the auditing firm is. Most companies announce that upon hiring. I can't figure out the reason for holding back on that information--doesn't make sense. Third, they need to get this audit done expeditiously since anyone familiar with BB's knows that this is a common "promise" that gets dragged out into oblivion along with the required audit. This happens for two reasons IMO. One, the company involved does not really intend to go forward because they know the numbers aren't there. Two, they hope that enough quarters will go by and business will improve (called banking on the come). So if this scenario develops here, then beware, the red flag will be going up the pole. My advice to MRPS. Announce who the auditors are and get it done.Period.
