If Merrill knew their own best interest, and that is a preposterous mouthful, they would be sure to have CKFR's ebills on their new internet brokerage site in order to get client's money out of banks and into their money market accounts with check-cashing privileges. In other words, they should be in a heated competitive battle with banks and not in bed with them.
