Important Post and Cross Post. I am going to make this post more to address the concerns that are being posted, also to draw the attention back to our business model not the company we have announced. (Great Mane) Most importantly, I know there is alot of concern being expressed with this choice and I will be the first to admit, on the surface this appears to be an un-orthodox choice. But lets put this in context. Does this company present us with more upside potential... or more down side potential? Lets start with the down side potential. 1. CVIA has exchanged its services and support in exchange for the equity position. In other words this is a minimal to negligable cash outlay if any on our part. So it does not affect our operations or hard capital in the least. 2. If Great Mane does not succeed in its mission or market... we are not affected in a large way. Upside Potential. 1. Think of all the people you personally know that has a hair loss problem. Research show 50% of the population of the World . The patents are pending in many of these countries. 2. The scientists and researchers are not a bunch of Novices. Many are experienced in this field, some are even active University Professors and heads of University Departments. 3. The FDA front man has experience in past projects, in fact he headed the FDA committee that approved Rogaine. Now in private practice representing Great Mane. 4. They have a distribution channel as we speak, but are keeping a very low key stance until approvals are granted. Research and Corporate Operations are that far advanced. 5. The principals reputations, Professors, Scientists and management's reputation, they are widely known in this field and the education arenas and would not jeopardize over an inferior product. 6. They have some large widely known medical equipment Manufactures backing them also. Now this is about as much as I can disclose at the moment, but I am posting it with the permission of the GM principals, because they wish to address our shareholders concerns also. But bear in mind, there is Billion Dollar Bio med competition researching the same as GM and they are at a critical point in this and cannot afford to disclose all the information some of you may be wishing to have.
